Hello Incoming Warehouse Resident,

We are very excited that you will be living in the Warehouse graduate dorm this year!  We hope that the Warehouse will provide you with a unique community living environment that will enhance your time at MIT.  The Warehouse government, composed of volunteer resident assistants (RAs) and the housemasters, would like to make your transition as smooth as possible.  We have focused a lot of our efforts on our website, www.warehousemit.com, so that it will be your primary source for answers to frequently asked questions, Warehouse policies, and information about your room and the dorm facilities.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us by sending an email to warehouse-ras@mit.edu if you have any questions that are not answered by the website.
Each new resident will be assigned to a small group led by a few of the Warehouse RAs.  This group will act as a portal for you to get to know other Warehouse residents when you arrive.  You must attend an introductory meeting during the Warehouse orientation period in order to receive privileges such as room reservations and front desk item check-outs.  You will be receiving more information about this introductory meeting in the upcoming weeks.
In the meantime, congratulations on your admission and choice to attend MIT for graduate school!  Enjoy the summer and we look forward to meeting you in the fall!

Kind Regards,
Emily Florine
